This beautiful lakeside home is nestled in the North Georgia mountains of Lake Arrowhead, just one hour north of Atlanta. Enjoy relaxing on two large double decks with one of the most magnificent views of the lake. Lake Arrowhead is the largest, man-made, privately-owned lake in Georgia. The lake is approximately 540 acres, with a water depth of up to 80 feet. Fish include bass, bream, and catfish. This lakefront home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home right on the lake. You can enjoy a lovely lake view from almost every room in the house. It has a large dock, 2 decks, private hot tub, Recreation room with a combination game table (Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong), 60 inch big screen TV, Sony Play station and Computer. Lake Arrowhead is known for its award winning championship 18 hole Golf course. It has a country club, restaurant, Olympic swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, hiking and horseback riding. All amenities are available to our guests for a nominal guest fee. Golf fee’s for 2005 are $30 for weekdays and $40 for weekends. This price includes a cart. Swimming/Tennis is $2 per day. Recreation includes: Golf, Tennis, Hiking, Horseback riding, Swimming, Fishing, simply laying back in the private hot tub and watching the boats go by. There is also a restaurant at the country club open to the public and on occasion they have live entertainment. If you choose to venture off the property, Canton is approx. 20 minutes south. It provides many restaurants and entertainment including a 10-screen movie theatre.
