Three of the bedroom have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (single/twin) for the kids. There is an upstairs sitting area with a queen size sleeper-sofa which sleeps an 11th and 12th person. There is a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities. Basketball and ping-pong are available on-site for the kids. (Bring your own basketball - ping-pong equipment is furnished.) Cable TV w/VCR available in the main living area and in the upstairs sitting area. The beach is located a very short walk (1 & 1/2 blocks) down a sandy road. When you return from a day on the beach, an outside shower (hot & cold water) is available to rinse off the sand. Available for rent all year. Minimum one week rental during peak season.
