Sea View Cottage is a charming and private Santa Barbara Riviera home with panoramic wrap around ocean, island and city views, sea breezes and intimate garden patio. This home has three bedrooms with two baths and includes California King, Queen and twin beds, all with quality linens. Sea View Cottage is furnished in an eclectic mix of Knoll and antique furniture, oil and watercolor paintings and a variety of collections. The floors are hardwood with tile in bathrooms and sea grass carpets in bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with gas cooking appliances, dishwasher, microwave oven and washer and dryer. In addition to the large patio, there is a private outdoor courtyard containing a hot tub, TV and shower. The office area in the third bedroom has a large desk and you can bring your laptop because we have high speed wireless, 50” High Definition television, BOSE surround sound speaker system and VHS and DVD players. Both the the dining room and kitchen nook open to a garden pergola with teak furniture, fire pit, barbecue and fountain. We have a central location. It's only five minutes to downtown and seven minutes to beaches and mountain trails.
