The 3 day weekend rate is $450 to $750. These rates depend on time of year. The Monthly rental fee is negotiable with a $300 refundable security deposit . The condo features everything you will need including a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. There is also a charcoal grill in the picnic area. An ice machine, vending machine, washer and dryer, as well as an elevator located near the condo for your use. Parking is free (some covered). No Pets Are Allowed and this is a Non-Smoking Unit. Smoking permitted on the balcony. Cross the street to find a beautiful sandy beach and fishing pier, which is open 24 hours a day. Just minutes from Moody Garden, Johnson Space Center, The Strand Historical District, dog tracks, public golf course and Schlitterbahn! There are also two pools available - 1 is heated.
