Property Description

This villa is open and airy with lots of glass walls and tile throughout. An exceptionally large unit that accommodates 6 people very comfortably. Separate entrance on each floor.

The downstairs is perfect for a second couple or for children to have their own "space". There's a queen bed, computer with high- speed digital Internet access, a second TV, half bath, and private courtyard. A handy outdoor shower to rinse the sand off on you way back from the beach right outside your door. We're a privately owned six-plex directly across from the Atlantic Ocean...The quiet, laid back atmosphere plus the location creates a unique environment at the beach. We've tried to equip this home away from home with everything you might possibly need. There is even a laundry room in the building for your use. Our units are kept exceptionally clean...We do it all ourselves!

ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps up to six people. Queen bed in master, double sleeper and queen sleeper sofa in living area...Queen bed in downstairs bedroom.

PETS: Two well-behaved, friendly dogs or cats are welcome in all our villas. There are no weight restrictions on dogs. Pets must be up to date on shots and on a flea preventative. PARKING is in our private lot with security lighting. Park right outside your door. We even have a car wash

SMOKING: Is allowed in courtyards, on balconies and all common ground. No smoking is allowed inside villa. There are many convenient seating areas on our common grounds no matter what the weather conditions.

ADDITIONAL RENT INFORMATION: Rates are per night (2 night minimum), weekly or monthly (Please access link below to our web site for an up to date availability calendar). $200.00 Reservation/Security Deposit $300 deposit when bringing a pet. Check-in is after 3 PM; checkout is before 10 AM. Early check in/late checkout if our cleaning schedule allows. On site owners.
