The apartment measures 32 square metres and is located in the "Residence Lutece 2000" witch is supervised by two doormen. A large park with lawn, many trees, bamboo up to 10 metres in hight and two fountains belong to this residence. A balcony of 6 square metres with an interesting view over the quarter and the park belongs to this flat. The balcony is furnished with a table, some chairs, flowers and bamboo. Already, we beg you to water them in summertime. The flat is on the third floor, where you can get by two lift. The bathroom has a marble washtable, glass shower cabine, washer and dryer. The "theatre de la Bastille" is in the neigbouring house und in the nearby street, Rue de Lappe, you'll find many restaurants, pubs and cafes with dancing. The oldest dancing cafe in this street is the "Bal à Joe",where Edith Piaf sang and danced already. You can do your shopping in the street where you live - Rue de la Roquette - and the bus route 69, that stops directly at the front of the house brings you to Notre Dame de Paris, Louvre, Eiffel - Tower, Musée d'Orsay etc.
