Westlake Cottage is a private vacation rental on beautiful Clear Lake, just 1 hour 45 minutes from Sacramento and 1 hour 30 minutes north of San Francisco. This private vacation rental sleeps six to eight, with a brand new, 1600 square foot deck and boat dock. The house has one Queen Bed, one Full Bed, two twin beds, and one Queen Sleeper. This house has high speed cable internet with a wireless network, and a laptop computer set up for guest use. This beautiful cottage is only 15 feet from the lake, and has the feeling of being on a house boat as the lake can be seen from almost every window. Local activities include wine tasting, concerts at Konocti Harbor, casinos, fishing, boating, water sports, motorcycle trails, and antiquing. Westlake Cottage is a ten minute drive to downtown Lakeport which is Clear Lake's largest community. This amazing property has the most stunning views of the volcano, Mount Konocti. The lot is one-third of an acre which provides plenty of guest parking as well as room for boat trailers. All of the furniture, patio furniture, bedding, kitchen supplies, and appliances are high quality and new. This property also has an "On Demand Water Heater" which means that our guests never run out of hot water, no matter how many shower. This is not a dusty old vacation rental, it is a very clean and beautifully decorated cottage with a lot of style.
