From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of white sand and warm water for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, wake boarding, and much more. Our Smoke-Free Condo has just recently had a Caribbean-Mexican style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, body boards, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blowdryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit.
