The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. The lounge has a TV, DVD player, Satellite TV, CD, table and chairs inside and outside on the terrace. There is an optional maid service once a week. There is a large L-shaped communal swimming pool approx 30m from the apartment. The beach which is approx 250m away is very safe with no sharp drops and some excellent beach bars serving great fish and seafood. The town of Ayamonte is 3km away, great selection of restaurants and tapas bars and a fantastic fish market every day except Sunday. Isla Canela golf course is about 2km, it is a pleasant course with lots of water and very flat, (nice easy walk). The nearest airport is FARO, Portugal which is 55km to the west, with loads of cheap flights. Seville, to the east, is just over an hour away and Cadiz about an hour and a half.
