Welcome to paradise at our Lagoon Sunset duplex located in the Heart of Gulf Shores, directly on Little Lagoon. Enjoy our private pool--cool off from the heat or enjoy great sunset views! Fish or kayak from the backyard or bring a small boat or jetskis. Little Lagoon is a 9-mile long salt water lagoon fed by the Gulf. This is not our fanciest house, or the closest to the beach, but when our family and friends come, they love to stay here! It is an amazing, quiet, family-friendly retreat that is close to the beach and right around the corner from The Original Oyster House, the local ice cream shop, the zoo and more. Each side has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room and a sitting room with a twin. One has 2.5 baths, the other has 3.5 baths. Spacious rooms, nicely furnished, fully equipped. It is easy to make yourself at home. Large decks provide beautiful water and sunset views. You also have your own sandy beach backyard. Ground floor suite for each side has queen bedroom, a sitting room with a twin bed, and a bath. Main floor has living room, dining area and kitchen (living room has queen sleeper sofa).
