Casa Gerardo is a five bedroom air-conditioned villa situated a few miles outside of the beautiful town of Loule, just a twenty minute car journey from Faro Airport. Accommodation consists of one king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a further twin bedroom with separate shower room The living area is spacious and very comfortable and there is a 32” pro-logical television with video and the full package of Sky television The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. A reverse osmosis drinking water system prevents the need for purchasing bottled water. The basement area is designed to be a family/games room. It comprises a kitchen/bar area and a full size pool table. There is sofa seating and a pullout double sofa bed. There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. French doors lead to the garden and pool area. The villa is set in beautiful landscaped gardens. There is a large area around the pool with barbecue and outside shower. There is ample parking on the drive for up to five cars. Linen and towels are provided although clients are requested to take their own beach towels. Maid service is provided once a week. A welcome hamper including the basics is provided on arrival. There is a cot and high chair for use if needed. The town of Louise is a five minute drive away with a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Sao Bras is ten minutes in the opposite direction. The beach is a twenty minute car journey and a large number of beautiful golf courses within easy reach.
