Residencia Butiplaya is right on the beach front and located in a quiet residential area of La Cala. The apartments have their own good sized pool set in well maintained gardens with a gateway leading directly to the ‘Blue Flag’ beach. Within a few minutes walk you have a small supermarket and a good number of shops, bars and restaurants making this ideal self-catering family accommodation. The centre of the thriving village of La Cala de Mijas is a pleasant and level 10-minute stroll - here you will find a cosmopolitan mix of old and new with plenty to do and see for all ages.

The apartments are set in well tended gardens with a good sized Swimming Pool and a private gateway that leads directly to the beach. There are both stairs and a lift to all floors. This sixth floor apartment is furnished in a traditional style and is well equipped for the self-catering holidaymaker. As you enter the apartment to the right is a galley style kitchen and to the left a good sized family bathroom. The living area is very spacious and has a double bed, a double sofa bed, fitted wardrobes, a dresser, two chairs and a television. There are large patio doors that lead to the enclosed terrace were there are a table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa and great views along the beach - a sunny place to sip that cooling drink whilst you watch the boats floating by on the horizon.
