Our new villa was completed in July, 2005. It is 12 minutes from Disney World, and less than 5 minutes to Champions Gate golf courses! Our air-conditioned fully furnished home offers spacious 1 King master suite, 1 Queen master suite and 2 Twin bedrooms. The king master suite with a walk-in closet and shower enclosure, the queen master suite with shower enclosure. There are 2 Twin bedrooms that share a 3rd full bathroom. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Open living room and dinning area offers spacious space for family/friends gathering. Fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and all kitchen gadgets fulfill your need for cooking and eating at home. The new villa has a private south-facing pool. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out. There is also a Jacuzzi spa for the ultimate in relaxation after a long day at the parks. The covered lanai provides nice shading from the sun when you want to stay cool.
