Lovely Tropical Grounds with Orchids and Banana trees. Our Pool is Heated in Winter. We have 4 BBQs next to the Pool, an outside eating area plus a Beach Side Shower to rinse off after your swim. Very quiet and tranquil area of Maui. 
We recently redid all the upholstery on the living room furniture. 
This is the beach in front of my condo. Just past it is part a protected wildlife refuge, no building is allowed along this beach, it runs for 4 miles, all the way to Kihei. It is the most uncrowded beach on Maui. Take a morning walk, explore the tide pools. It is your own private paradise

When you walk in, the view from the living room is amazing. When you go outside, the spectacular view of Maui's south coast will take your breath away. Every morning watch the sun come up over Haleakala. It's an indescribable experience. You can't get much closer to a beautiful white sands beach.
Wonderful $2,600 “Sleep Number’s” King Bed. Each side adjusts firmness or softness. Pillowtop mattresses on Twins and newer mattress on Sofa Bed. Crib. Enjoy remote AIR, 6 cooling ceiling fans, wireless Internet, 3 TV's, games, movies, beach gear and a safe for valuables.
Our complex is one of three in Maalaea, located on a sandy beach. The others are on a rocky reef . Half have coin $$ operated laundry and distant parking lots. Two are next to busy Harbor, with its traffic and boat fumes. Kanai A Nalu is considered the best property in Maalaea. Free parking just steps away. Located near end of cul-de-sac. Tranquil, Tropical grounds, lush lawns, BBQ's, a pool (heated). Convenient beachside shower. Directly on Kealia beach, which runs parallel a Wildlife Refuge. No development is allowed along this "Government Protected" area. Beach runs 4 miles to Kihei. Take a morning walk, you may not meet another person. It's like your own private paradise.
My Corner Condo has NO NEIGHBORS on one side. It is quieter and more private. Our bedrooms are not "lofts", or open to the living room. They are traditional rooms. Bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers, beautiful decor and ceiling fans.
The Master Bath has an over sized, tiled, walk in shower. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo. Our Kitchen has ocean views, Lg Fridge, Ice maker, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster oven, Blender, Cookware, Dishes and a Washer & Dryer. Wheelchair Accessible.
