Edificio Burriana is situated on one of the oldest streets in Nerja, Calle Carabeo. It is on the second floor of a well kept secure apartment complex. Unfortunately there is no lift and there are 40 stairs to the second level. It is only a 5 minute walk down to the nearest beach and is only a short stroll to the famous Balcon de Europa, bars and restaurants. outside The complex has a communal swimming pool and a large roof terrace with 2 private sunbeds and plenty of room for hanging clothes. The apartment also has a small private terrace with patio furniture which is accessed by patio doors from the lounge kitchen The American style kitchen has been recently renovated and is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle & toaster bedroom The bedroom has twin beds, bed side tables, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and a free standing fan. bathroom The full bathroom has a bath with over head shower, wash hand basin, wc. and washing machine living area The lounge is spacious with a two seater sofa, two arm chairs, satallite tv, dining area with a table and 4 chairs. An electric heater is provided for the winter months.
