A simple beach house with wonderful views of the upper harbor and salt marshes. Extremely private, a reminder of simpler times, set on 5+ acres in an area surrounded by conservation land. Yet also close to bike paths, and the best windsurfing on the island. A private mooring off the beach can be arranged. Boat access to some of the quietest, most beautiful beaches in New England. The house includes a master bedroom suite on the top floor with full bath, a queen bedroom and twin/king bedroom with shared bath on the main floor, and a queen bedroom and bunk room with shared bath on the ground floor. An open great room on the main floor has access to the wrap around deck includes the living room, dining area and kitchen. A rec room with ping pong table and cable tv, and a laundry room is on the ground floor, with access to the yard. There is a big yard and garden, with ample room for croquet or lounging in the hammock. The wrap around deck has a barbeque and plenty of seating: have dinner while you watch the spectacular sunsets.
