Set on a very private property in a quiet area, surrounded by acres of conservation land, "Summer House" is surrounded by expansive lawns and beautiful seaside gardens. Near to biking, and the best windsurfer beach on the island.

There are three bedrooms with ensuite baths, a gourmet kitchen, fully air-conditioned, fireplace, wonderful deck and porch, basement rec room with ping pong and foosball, cable/dvd players in each bedroom, wi-fi throughout, access to a private beach, use of sunfish. Opportunity to arrange a boat to be moored off your beach, pre-visit provisioning, catering, and other special arrangements.
