Property Description

This warm & inviting villa offers amazing views of the sea, the picturesque village of Salobrena, its Moorish castle & awe-inspiring views of the snow covered Sierra Nevada mountains. The villa has central air con & heating and a private heated pool. Built in 2004, the villa incorporates the best of Spanish design, including a beautiful barrel tile roof, rustic brick trim around the windows, a wrought iron banister and custom hardwood doors. Around the pool, there is 150m2 of private terraces, surrounded by colourful geraniums. The heated pool has a custom safety enclosure around it to ensure that no young children enter without an adult´s assistance. There is a gas barbecue, chaise lounges & a table with chairs for poolside dining. A highlight for many of our guests is hearing the sound of bells in the land below the property that announce the arrival of the goats grazing nearby. For those early risers, the sunrises are magnificent. It is no wonder our guests don´t want to leave!
