Note: This house is 2 houses away from our Baycrest I home. You can rent both houses for a large group or family reunion. Our Baycrest II home is only a 4 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. Our house is also only a 5 block walk to the beach. Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Baycrest II estate home is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 queen sleeper beds (sleeps 4). Plus, it has a living room with tile floors, a dining room, and a wonderful outdoor patio area to enjoy breakfast and drinks. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture and a TV set. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new. We also have 2 queen sofa beds that sleeps 2-4 people. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor deck with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 4 block walk to downtown and a few minutes walk to the beaches. It is also only a 25 minute walk on the beach or quick drive to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
