Property Description

Voted one of the top 4 beaches by Southern Living, the sugar white beaches of Orange Beach, AL are a wonderful place for your vacation. Built in 2001, Tradewinds is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful 1 Bedroom (King bed)2 Bath condo has magnificent direct front views from the balcony. Recent updates in 2006/07 included new king bed, sleeper sofa, recliner and touch key-pad door entry. In 2006, Tradewinds building was also updated with a new indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, new deck, fencing, and lush landscaping. Also worth noting is Tradewinds has only 107 condo units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-Condo buildings. Tradewinds is about ½ mile from a shopping center which includes “Bruno's” and “Winn-Dixie” grocery stores as well as numerous other shops (Dollar Store, movie rental, etc.), restaurants and an emergency medical center.
