KELOWNA "LAKEVIEW HEIGHTS" VACATION RENTAL

A 850 sq. foot, completely private & fully self-contained living space with panoramic view of Okanagan lake. Very clean, tastefully furnished & decorated, featuring a home-like environment with the luxury of privacy and independence. One bedroom with queen-size bed, linen, duvet and wardrobe. Separate double futon and queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping. Full kitchen with all utensils and small appliances Bathroom with shower. Large living room with couch, love seat and T.V., DVD's and cable.

Rates based on double occupancy, $10.00 per night extra per additonal person (8 years and under free) Pets considered - Damage deposit $100.00 plus $10.00 per night extra

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required (other than pet). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - or Bank transfer

*No smoking *Guests may arrive on any day of the week. *Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. *A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply. *Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
