New 3-bedroom, 3-bath Sunny Mapleton home built in 2004. River front home on the Siuslaw River, located only minutes from Florence on the coast. HDTV, DSL hookup, DVD, Stereo, Washer and Dryer are just to name a few. The home has nice vaulted ceilings, open living area and a beautiful view of the river right out your back door. There is a nice rap-around deck to enjoy your evening BBQ with your family while the children swim. This is the ideal vacation home close to the ocean in Florence, only 15 miles away with many activities to choose from. World Famous SeaLion Caves and the Heceta Head Lighthouse are just to name a few highlights. Please feel free to email with any questions or requests the care-takers only live minutes away and have many connections for a great vacation in the area. You will not be disappointed, I promise!! *Even a family reunion would be fun here. Please feel free to call even if the dates are showing reserved because we have had last minute cancellations or I could have forgotten to reschedule different dates on the calender so don't let that calender scare you off! Mistakes happen as do cancellations.
