Property Description

Located in a quiet rural area with winding paved streets, great for walks and bike rides. Enjoy the shade from large oak and pine trees covering the patio outside of the kitchen. This is a great place to enjoy your morning breakfast and for afternoon reading. This patio is completely fenced in, which makes a great place to monitor pets that you may need to travel with. If the weather forces you in, you can enjoy the same benefits from the protection of the sun room over looking the lake. The dock has a very large gazebo with a connecting ramp and floating dock. There is electrical power at the dock.. There is a boat ramp about 12 minutes away. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed and two queen beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the large den and there are two queen size air mattress sleepers if needed for the kids. The bedrooms, halls and den have plush carpet. This is a house you will definitely enjoy.
