House is ideal for up to 2 couples or a family, with many people returning year after year. 50-foot dock ideal for sunbathing, fishing, stargazing. Island, about 80 miles southeast of Nassau, is great for all ages, with only 100 people living there including kids. Staniel Cay has 3 restaurants, a church, clinic, village shops and general store. It's Paradise! Owner has written a novel, "Drumbeat No Lie" that takes place in the area.
