Property Description

Fully air conditioned south facing Villa, on the urbanisation of La Marina situated one mile from a blue flag beach, where the highest point in sight is the coastguard lookout tower. Located between Santa Pola and Guardimar, and twenty minutes drive from Alicante. The property has a large rooftop solarium complete with sunbeds and a shower to cool off, with table and chairs on the patio to enjoy the sun going down in the evening with a drink or two. There are two communial pools situated within 100 metres, the supermarkets and resturants are approx 500 metres away, close enough to walk to, but far enough away to ensure a peacefull nights sleep. You no not have to book Saturday to Saturday, if you can find a cheaper midweek flights we can accomodate you (subject to availablity. Off road parking, a fully fitted kitchen, SKY TV, CD/Radio. Midweek bookings, Airport collections and Shopping are all available.
