Sleeps 6 comfortably..both bedrooms have bunks,(1single over double, 2nd single over single) and a queen futon in the living area...galley kitchen dining area...large sliding glass doors with deck with awning and patio set and bbq and fantastic view of the continuous parage of slow moving boats floating in the channel..just a nice spot to be.. private association beach and possible mooring or dock available..
