CRETE - This generously sized detached house of 220 sqm is set in large grounds of 5500 sqm, on the edge of the village of Episkopi and is suitable for 7-10 people. The ground floor has a comfortably furnished open plan living/dining room with two sofa beds, a stone fireplace, TV and CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a full size electric cooker with oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and electric kettle. Further on the ground floor there is one bedroom,which is also suitable for handicapped guests + wheelchair driver, with a double bed, shower/wc and a washing machine. An indoor staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed, and all of the bedrooms have balconies with beautiful sea views. There is also a small seating area, and a large bathroom with bath/wc. Villa Armi is equipped with central heating, at an extra charge. Further there is a telephone for incoming calls only, and an iron with ironing board. 32 m/2 pool In the yards you will find parkings and the garden is equipped with furniture + a barbeque. The next long sandy beach is 1900 metres away. There is a mini market at some 500 metres from the villa, and the nearest taverna can be found at 900 metres. More tavernas and shops can be found in the villages of Georgioupolis and Argiroupolis, at a distance of 5 km, and the town of Rethymno is 13 km away. We do consider that car hire is essential, there is parking space available
