All rooms have ceiling fans and the cottage is equipped with CATV and central A/C. There is a covered deck in front and a sun deck in the back of the cottage. There is plenty of room for the kids to play in this 1/2 acre lot. There is also a playground 1 1/2 blocks from the cottage. There is baby furniture for your convenience. It is a ranch home so if you are concerned about climbing the steps you may want to consider Shore Delight. The ocean is within walking distance (800 yards). As an alternative to ocean swimming families with small children might enjoy the soundfront wading beach and treed picnic area on North Dogwood Trail. The Currituck sound usually has gentler waves, and warmer, more shallow water than ocean bathing. All the comforts of home at an affordable price, the Outer Banks, birthplace of flight. Come renew your spirit in this fabulous beach cottage. Visit the Outer Banks in the spring or fall and take advantage of gorgeous weather, peaceful beaches, and lower rates.
