This impressive six bedroom villa is situated in the countryside of Armação de Pêra within a five minute drive of the local town and its sandy beaches. It is ideally suited for the resorts of Albufeira, Armação de Pêra and Carvoeiro. Located on the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Doors lead out onto a terrace that overlooks the pool and garden The main sitting room has satellite television, a video and DVD player, music centre and wood burning stove. A hallway leads to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one full bathroom. The double bedroom has air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room. An open spiral staircase leads upstairs to a second sitting room which is pleasantly decorated and has a wood burning fireplace for the winter months. Off this room is a balcony which overlooks the pool and surrounding countryside. The dining room has a large table with seating for eight people with a further balcony with seating that overlooks the pool. The second kitchen is fully equipped and has doors leading onto a balcony and steps lead from this to a large sunny roof terrace with garden future and offers fantastic panoramic views of the countryside. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on this floor, one of the doubles having air-conditioning. The three bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a shower room. The garden is landscaped with mature shrubs and there are ample sun-loungers and seating areas around the pool. The lawned areas of the garden are surrounded by carob, pine and olive trees which provide a secluded, private area to relax in and enjoy. There is a built-in barbecue, outside shower and WC. The pool is 8x8 metres and has underwater lighting. It is large enough to keep the whole family entertained with a shallow end of approximately one metre and the ‘L-shape’ of the pool makes it suitable for younger holidaymakers. The villa itself is situated close to Porches, just west of Albufeira and to the east of Carvoeiro in a peaceful countryside location with very easy access to a range of beaches and attractions. Just five minutes by car or a twenty minute walk in the sun will take you into the local town of Armação de Pêra. Armação de Pêra is a traditional Portuguese town.
