Curva do Rio is one of the most stunning properties that I have on my books.

It is a large and spacious rustic house on the Arade River inside a natural bird reserve, close to Estombar, Lagoa. It is ten minutes from the beach and within a short drive of some of the best golf courses in the Algarve.

The property has a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Curva do Rio can be rented out by the room in which case you would share the pool with the other guests or rented out exclusively for groups of ten or more.

The rental includes breakfast and the on-site cook will provide lunch and dinner on request.

The Villa is subdivided into two houses, one is 100 years old and made of earth and the other is 30 years old.

All the suites have ceiling fans and wooden heaters. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels and linen are provided. There are three large double bedrooms and four twin bedrooms.

The living area has a large fireplace, fax, telephone and broadband connection. There is satellite and cable television and a good music system.

The gardens are well-established and the pool’s dimensions are x. There are ample sun-loungers and chairs around the pool.

The owner has agreed discounts with some of the local golf courses and riding schools.
