This three bedroom, two bath villa is located in a very typical local neighborhood, about a ten to fifteen minute stroll from the center square. The new owners have recently completed major renovations to Casa Rosa. You will love the sparkling new pool, the backyard palapa, outdoor grill, dive rinse tank and dive storage area. Rosa even provides an outdoor fridge for storing those cool sodas and cerveza. Talk about spoiling the guests! The sleek new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a sit down dinner or grab a quick snack. Step through the kitchen doorway and directly into the dining room with seating for eight. What a terrific spot for playing a rousing game of cards....or ejoying that fish that you caught today! The comfy living room is adjacent to this dining area so that you can easily move from one room to the next. Need some downtime? Curl up on the futon and catch a movie on the cable tv or take a siesta. You are on holiday after all! All bedrooms in Casa Rosa are accessed off the main hallway. Casa Rosa will easily accommodate a party of up to nine. Sleeping accommodations in the first bedroom include two doubles. The master bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom houses two twins. There is even a futon in the living room for the ninth person in your party. All bedrooms and living spaces are comfortably cooled by fan and individual remote controlled air conditioners.
