Villa Archer is a three bedroom air-conditioned villa with a private heated pool situated just a few kilometres west of Albufeira. The villa has a stylish open plan layout, accommodating up to six guests, plus a further two on a raised double size AeroBed if required. Accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living area with large comfortable sofas. It is tastefully decorated and has a dining area to seat six people with French doors leading onto the garden. There is a large 42" Flat Screen Television that receives both Portuguese stations and Sky satellite channels. To compliment the television, there is also a DVD/MP3 and CD music centre. For the winter months, there is a closed wood burning fire. The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice maker) dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small table and four chairs, suitable for that informal snack or meal. The kitchen opens out onto a separate terraced area with a large table for al fresco dining. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a spacious super king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom has its own security safe and a television with cable connection. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. It has a security safe and a television with cable connection. The third bedroom is also wonderful and bright with twin beds, a security safe and television with cable connection. This bedroom uses the large family bathroom. The villa has a large salt water pool (approximately 8m x 4m) with a waterfall at the rear. It can be heated during the off season for an extra charge. It is surrounded by a large sun deck with sun loungers, providing space for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine, or to watch those famous Algarve sunsets. There is a shaded seating area for al fresco dining and a good sized barbecue to allow you to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle The villa is double glazed through and alarmed for extra security. There are metal shutters fitted to all the windows and doors.
