This house is extremely well maintained, exceptionally clean and spacious. Massive master bedroom suite with open beamed ceiling. Wet bar downstairs, as well as new cedar outside enclosed shower which gets perfect late afternoon sun on the back deck, after a long beach or fishing day.

Back deck has two tables and a gas grill for cooking fresh fish or Nantucket scallops. Inside, beautiful kitchen with commercial size gas Viking oven and stove.

Back yard is large, flat and very private, perfect for putting practice, and adjacent to conservation land and bike paths. The neighborhood entrance is also a town shuttle bus stop, so you don't have to take your car into town, its also an easy bike ride to town. There is a full shell driveway for off street parking. This home is very well suited for a family with small children, many baby items supplied, such as a crib and high chair. Its cozy on a rainy day for older children with board games.

2010 Dog Policy: We always welcome one well behaved dog, however, cleaning restrictions apply. No cats permitted- sorry but no exceptions on cats due to severe allergies.
