A well equipped traditional 3 bedroom village house with air-conditioning / heating located in the centre of the older section of Velez-Malaga within 5 minutes walk of local shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach at Torre del Mar is a 7 minute drive away as is the El Ingenio shopping mall and Aqua Velis water park. The Baviera golf course is within a 10 minute drive. In our opinion: A well proportioned house that will suit a couple, family or group of adults looking for an authentic Spanish village location within easy reach of the area's many amenities. Lounge area: Good-sized room furnished with two leather sofas, two armchairs, coffee table, colour TV with English satellite channels and video player and air conditioning / heating unit. Separate Dining Room : Furnished with large wooden dining table with 8 chairs which leads through to: Kitchen: American kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven & gas Hob, kettle, toaster, coffee pot & waffle maker leads to: Utility Area with washing machine and tumble dryer and stairs leading up to Third bedroom. Also leads to: Bathroom: with Bath with shower, wash basin, W.C. and bidet. Bedroom 1: Spacious double bedroom furnished in traditional Spanish style with double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table. The room has an air-conditioning/heating unit and has a fantastic view. Bedroom 2: On the ground floor furnished with a double bed and a single bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: On the first floor and with en-suite shower and wash basin the room is furnished twin beds (one of which is a fold-away bed), wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk. Outside Area: Partially covered sunny roof terrace with patio table and 8 chairs for outside dining, two sun loungers and a BBQ. Above the terrace there is also a small balcony reached via some steep winding steps which has a fantastic panoramic view of Velez-Malaga and the surrounding area. Special Note: As with many traditional village houses in the region, although the house is accessible by car it is not possible to park adjacent to the property. However there is plenty of parking available within a couple of minutes walk away.
