Four- Season lake retreat 3 bdrm, 1 bath located in Balmoral, a private community! Private beach, boat ramp, playground, tennis just 0.8 mile away. Queen bed in master bdrm, 2 twin in 2nd bdrm. Third bedroom upstairs with 1 full and 1 twin bed. Off street parking for 2 vehicles & trailer. Check out surrounding areas with a short 20 minute drive to either Wolfeboro or Meredith. North Conway attractions just 45 minute drive. We ask for security deposit and half of rental fee to hold date. Rental week is Saturday to Saturday, some exceptions may be made. NO PETS ALLOWED/NON SMOKERS ONLY
