This privately owned 3 bedroom vacation villa is fully furnished and just a short distance from the many restaurants,stores and attractions of Highway 192. Located in an exclusive resort type complex yet less than 5 miles from DisneyWorld. The spacious living room has sofa, loveseat and entertainment center. The dining area has a table for up to 8 plus a breakfast bar with stools and a high chair. Full kitchen, 3 Bedrooms and a crib, 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer complete this vacation condo. Just a short walk to the clubhouse with pool, hottub, billiards, small convenience store, snack counter, exercise room, sauna and video rentals. You can also play tennis, basketball, watch the kids enjoying the playground or just relax in a hammock. Grills and picnic tables are on site too. Nearby is lots of shopping, mini golf, restaurants, and just beyond that lie enough theme parks to appeal to the kid in all of us. For a change Tampa/ St. Pete to the west and the Kennedy Space Center to the east are 90 minutes away. Come on down and play at our house. You will want to come back again and again. This Vacation Condominium is fully licensed and inspected by the State of Florida and Osceola County.
