Located in Downtown San Diego, our condo is located on the border of the historic and exciting Gaslamp District, Marina District and across the street from Horton Plaza. Enjoy a comfortable walk to almost anywhere: Seaport Village, Convention Center (2 blocks), Petco Ballpark and many shops, markets, restaurants, theaters and museums. For your convenience, Ralph's grocery store is directly across the street. The San Diego zoo is 2 miles away; Sea World and Coronodo Island are just 10 minutes away. 2 parking spaces are included in an enclosed parking garage, and a private fitness room is available. Our condo has 2 bedrooms + den. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space and alarm clock. The den comes equipped with a queen size futon, desk with high speed internet connection and fax machine. The living room features a Bose entertainment system, cable, DVD and CD player, and leather furniture. The couch converts to a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, there is a BBQ on the upper level with seating/eating area. We have 2 full bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub and the master bathroom has a separate shower and a large sunken tub for bathing. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. There are 2 balconies, one off the master bedroom, the other off the living room. We are a corner unit, there is a view of the city out of every window. Washer and dryer included.
