Property Description

Torresol 209 is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. There are superb views of the sea and the well kept communal pools and gardens. Walk in to the entrance hall and you will see a delightful fancy archway with decorative wrought iron work, and a further archway into a pristine white kitchen. There is an integral fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and is completed with modern tiling making it very pleasant indeed. The lounge is a good size with a dining area near to the kitchen. The dining table (which doubles in size if need be) and chairs are white, continuing the clean lines of the kitchen. There is a comfortable good quality three piece suite, the sofa doubling up as a bed sofa. The television is connected to sky receiving the usual English channels (BBC 1 & 2, ITV, news and sports channels). Also there is a DVD player and a radio/cd player. This room is very spacious with a ceiling fan and large double French windows to a lovely patio with a small table and chairs, and reclining chairs to enjoy the stunning views to the sea, gardens and pool. You can simply relax here and enjoy the sunshine! The bathroom is an excellent size with a modern vanity unit, new shower unit and w.c. It is beautifully tiled and finished with modern fixtures and fittings. The bedroom is also of a good size with ample room for an extra bed if required. The two single beds are together to form one very large bed. There is a good size fitted wardrobe, drawers, bed side tables and lamps. A ceiling fan will keep you cool in the hot summer months. The full length French window leads to the patio with fabulous sea views. Although this apartment only has one bedroom, there is enough room to take a family of 3 or 4. Its fantastic location makes up for lack of bedrooms! It is front line to the beach but set back off the road making it safe for children and free from passing traffic noise. There are an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars only minutes walk away.
