Property Description

This Nantucket rental is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and has all of the amenities. The home consists of a master bedroom (queen bed), two additional bedrooms (twin beds), an open space living room, dining area, kitchen and a basement level family room. Our Nantucket summer rental contains two baths (one full and one with a shower). There is a large yard that is right on Miacomet pond, a deck, patio, outside shower and plenty of off street parking. Our vacation rental is also equipped with cable, high speed internet, and a fax machine. The rental property is located on the shuttle line for easy access to both the beach and town (one mile away). The rental comes fully equipped with a canoe, grill, beach umbrella, etc. The house is one mile from the public golf course, and one mile from Miacomet Beach (very safe for children).
