Our lovely apartment in an exclusive complex of only 10 just 50 metres from the sea is a perfect haven beyond the cares of the world for romantic couples and ideal for family vacations because of its position and secure surroundings. Immerse yourself in Spanish life, stroll to the restaurants, cafes and shops, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by with the beautiful blue sea as its backdrop. When you come home from exploring the treasures of the Costa Blanca it's comforting to know that you won't be let down by your accommodation. French windows leading to a small terrace. Full ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet, WC and washbasin. BEDROOM 2 Twin beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and fan. An extra bed can be arranged if required. There is a separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. No need to pack a hairdryer as we provide one for your convenience. Supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and bank are within walking distance. There are several golf courses in the area and plenty to discover from mountaintop village and dramatic waterfalls to the Terra Mittica and Aqualandia theme parks for the children. You can even catch the ferry to Ibiza from nearby Denia! Our rental rate includes absolutely everything, utilities, bedlinen, towels, heating and after stay clean. Changeover day and time are flexible so you can benefit from the best value flights. Our local contact will meet you at the apartment and tell you about the area which has no high rise developments.
