This beautiful stone home, situated on nearly 3 acres of total privacy with small branch, features lovely heavily-wooded property. With 4 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, a lovely screened porch featuring rockers and small dining table, back covered patio with gas grill and separate covered picnic shed, you have many options for cookouts, hiking or just relaxing, be it any time of year. The home dates to 1946 and the kitchen has been recently renovated featuring new appliances, new plumbing, new counter tops, new paint, floorcovering, new lighting, re-done cabinets, etc. The downstairs bath has also been repainted and new floorcovering installed. Hardwood floors are featured throughout the home. Two new Trane heat pumps-air conditioning have been installed and there is a Buck Stove in the living room. A formal dining room is provided. All utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, linens and bedding are supplied. There are two queen-sized beds and a full-sized bed in 3 of the bedrooms, 2 twin-sized beds in one bedroom (which adjoins what could be a "parent's suite")and one bedroom also features a sitting area with Cable TV, sofa and easy chair. Another bedroom includes a twin sofa sleeper bed as well. The large living room offers Cable TV, Buck Stove, sofa and recliners. As mentioned earlier, this is a totally private property, with an old barn and small stream, apple orchard and private driveway. Please be advised that no telephone or internet service is provided at our Brevard property. This is a private getaway and not for those that desire moment-by-moment internet or phone contacts.
