It is situated in close proximity to the Varna Free University, only 250 m from the famous Kabakum beach, 14 km from the city of Varna, 6 km from St. Constantine & Helen Resort, and 2.5 km from Golden Sands Resort. Kabana is a single villa with two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, patio with a sea view, and a yard of 1000 m2. The villa can accommodate 4 + 1 people. The yard provides plenty of parking space.
LOCATION Villa “Kabana” offers quiet and cozy atmosphere within a 25-minute drive from the highway to Sofia and Varna Airport. It is situated in a less than 20-minute drive from Varna, 5 minutes from Golden Sands Resort, 20 minutes from Albena and Balchic City. The beach is only within a 5-minute pleasant stroll – Kabakum Beach is one of the most frequently visited and famous beaches in the Varna area. The location of villa Kabana is defined as the vacation zone of Varna, Chaika complex, and so has become a convenient tourist destination – you can find easy transportation to Albena and Balchic, to the beautiful shores of Iala and Kamen Briag (ne znam kak se prevejda), to the historic Caliacra Key, as well as to the exotic bays of Rusalca Resort. In immediate proximity to the villa there is a grocery store if you’d like to prepare your own meal. But you might also like the little local restaurants offering authentic Bulgarian food, visit the bars and night clubs in Varna and the encompassing resorts – Sunny Day, Golden Sands, and Albena provide you with the opportunity to enjoy the unique experience of street cafes, fish restaurants, dance clubs and bars.
