The townhome has over 1400sf of living space that includes all the amenities to make you feel right at home...full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, plus all linens (towels & bedding). All you need to bring is your suitcase!!

The Second Floor consists of the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Half Bath.  

The Kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a doublewide refrigerator, smoothtop range & microwave and dishwasher. The Dining area has seating for 4 with cushioned seats. Plus, there are 2 additional barstools at the counter. In this area, there is also a small desk for those who need a place to set up their computer.....free WIRELESS INTERNET for guests.

The Living Room has a door leading to another Balcony, to enjoy the view from a different prospective. Spoil yourself in the comfort of leather furniture with a double recliner couch and reclining rocking chair.  

The 2 Master Bedrooms on the third floor, each has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

One Master Bedroom has an eastern King pillowtop bed with shower and large walk-in closet. There is a door leading off the bedroom to the third floor balcony, where you have a partial view of the ocean, and can enjoy the cool ocean breeze.

The other Master Bedroom has two twin pillowtop beds.  The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity setup, and a large walk-in closet. Between the two bedrooms, for your convenience, is the washer/dryer.

All rooms have ceiling fans, cable TV and telephones. Also supplied are DVD & VHS players for your movie enjoyment.
