The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom/den has a queen size sleeper sofa. A roll-a-way is also available to sleep a seventh person if needed. Closets and dressers are available in all sleeping areas to make your stay more comfortable. Picture yourself on the large screened in porch lake side for a evening sunset listening to your own personal bull frog chorus or an early morning sunrise with surprise guest appearances of various water fowl. It comes with two full size bathrooms, a nice roomy, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with a new 27' flat screen TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound for the media buff in your group. Combine that with wireless internet access and you have all the comforts you could ever want. Don't forget the washer/dryer so you can leave the laundry bag at home. A deposit of $450.00 is due immediately upon booking. Your week will not be confirmed until receipt of deposit. Additional security deposit required for pets. Balance of amount owed for rental is due 45 days prior to lease date. Failure to pay balance by due date will result in property being leased to another party and Lessee forfeiting deposit. Damage deposit for weekly rental of $650.00 to be paid 14 days prior to lease date. Amount will be held in escrow and returned to the Lessee after satisfactory vacating of the premises and after receipt of any utility bills for any ancillary charges for the specific rental period as stated in the lease to be the responsibility of the Lessee. Damages will be accessed to any aspect of the property including, but not limited to structures, furnishings (inside and out), pier, dock or mooring places and landscaping. Smoking is allowed on the screened in porch and not inside the premises.
