CASA PAROTA a 2-story unattached OceanView luxury home in Puerto Vallarta. 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. 4th bedroom has been made into an office with additional sleeping. Located 15 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport at La Puntilla, a small development of 19 homes, located between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday in winter and spring. We can be flexible, depending on the time of year and the length of your stay. All rates INCLUDE the IVA tax. OPTIONAL is a 2006 Ford Explorer XLT, waiting for you at the airport. IVA tax and car insurance INCLUDED in rate. OPTIONAL also is a cook. Office has PC Computer (MS Office programs), fax, internet access. CASA PAROTA is over 2,200 sq feet (and over 1,800 sq ft of stone patio around the pool) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the 4th bedroom has been changed into an office with telephone, fax, email, an answering machine, and additional sleeping (futon and/or queen size inflatable mattress). CASA PAROTA has an in-ground trampoline, boogie boards and a hammock near the pool. There is seating for 12 around 3 tables on the outside decks, and chaise lounges for 10 guests. There is a propane BBQ on the deck, near the pool. CASA PAROTA has a “Pack N Play” crib, infant car seat, highchair, booster seat, lifejackets, children’s movies, books and games. CASA PAROTA is in a gated and guarded community of 19 new luxury homes. Casa Parota, our house, is the largest house in the group - and has the largest pool and grounds (our lot is over 1/4 acre). Each house at La Puntilla has a private pool, and the community has a private beachfront and park. CASA PAROTA has separate air conditioners in each bedroom and the office, with an additional air conditioning system in the living room/dining room/kitchen. CASA PAROTA has 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, US & Canadian satellite TV, 140+ movies, book library and games. CASA PAROTA seats 8 around the dining room table, and 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and gourmet cookware. Live TV feeds from Seattle and Detroit, Toronto and Vancouver, B.C. CASA PAROTA has an extra large washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and hair dryers.
