Ocean-Side Villa in Paradise

This beautiful beach-side villa is located on a private, quiet cul-de-sac. Only a 2 minute walk to your private beach crossover at one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast. Sit on the benches and enjoy tropical breezes or if you are an early riser begin the day with a spectacular sunrise. The beach is perfect for swimming, sunning, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, shelling, or looking for the famous turtle nests(protected so don't get to close). Our villa has 3 bedrooms with a queen size master suite which has its oun bath. A queen size 2nd bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds. In addition there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. After a day at the beach or a long bike ride you can relax in the step down jacuzzi which is enclosed in the screened lanai. The lanai is furnished so you can relax and/or dine while listening to the waves roll in. A very island like setting which is surrounded with tropical plants of all kinds. Centrally located in one of the nicest neighborhoods off A1A only minutes from Daytona and the World Famous Speedway. Ponce Inlet, about 40 minutes to the south is a great place to begin your deep-sea fishing adventure or take the famous lighthouse tour. Disney, Sea World, and other attractions are only 1 hr. away. St. Augustine, America's oldest city is 45 minutes to the north. Stroll down the cobblestone streets and see cannonballs still lodged in the coquina walls. Enjoy lunch at one of the many lovely cafes or you may even find the Fountain of Youth! Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed. Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.
