2 extra large twin beds, a 14" TV/DVD & sliders leading to a very
private patio. The MBA has a stand alone shower & the second bath is
a tub/shower combination. The LR has a 32" TV/DVD, seating
comfortably for 6 w/ fireplace & sliders leading to the screened-in
lanai. The Formal DR area has seating for 6. The eat-in kitchen has
been redone this year to include new high hats, granite counter,
stainless appliances, W/D & sliders leading to the private patio.
All of the window treatments are new. The Patio Home community has a
their own swimming pool.
