My three-level home is just off I-80, half way between Park City and Salt Lake City. The home is surrounded by 50 foot pine trees and mountain views that will make you feel like you are in the middle of a Scandinavian Village! On the main level there is a full kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare your meals; with its own covered balcony where you can barbeque,rain or snow or shine. There is a great gathering room with a rustic log pool table, lots of seating areas and large windows that let the light and view of the pine trees in. This large room has two other covered balconies. There is a bedroom with a bunk bed, a full bath and a gas-log fireplace. On the top level there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony, another bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony, another bedroom with a bunk bed, a loft that looks out into the gathering room below with a bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle bed and toys and a foosball table ( this area is a favorite for children). There is a full bath, laundry area and a wood burning stove On the lower level there is a great room with a balcony and access to the huge, 50 ft. long , wraparound deck where there is a six-person hot tub. This deck is very private surrounded by the pine trees on every side. The hot tub is in a covered area of the deck so you will enjoy the snow falling while soaking in the warm water,(but will not get snow on your face!). There is a room with a queen bed and its own balcony and another room with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full bath and a second kitchen fully equipped. There are a total of seven balconies off of the different rooms of the house, a one car garage and room to park two more cars on the driveway. There are 2 TV/DVD players, cable TV and high speed internet. This house in very comforatable, not luxurious but spacious and clean and very affordable!
