Inside a beautifully restored palace a panoramic lift takes you to the apartments (on ground, first, second and third floor), tastefully furnished high standard apartments, extensively renovated in 2006 using precious local materials (terracotta floor tiles, woodden beams...). Three different apartment types all suitable for a maximum of 5 adults and all equally equipped to the highest standards: studio apartments, one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments. All the apartments are composed of a contemporary living and dining areas, comfortable bedrooms and relaxing bathrooms. They have modern & very well equipped kitchens with integrated fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave and all the modern appliances. All the apartments include satellite TV, air conditioning, radio/CD player, bed linen and towels. Laundry facilities are available on second floor. Most of the apartments have a spacious balcony or a terrace where you can have breakfast or relax yourself looking a piece of sea. This holiday accommodation is an ideal base from wich to explore Syracusa because has everything on its doorstep, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and shops as well as historic places and little beaches. No car is needed. There is a wonderful fish and vegetable market within walking distance and a little market around the corner, selling daily fresh bread and drinks.
