Property Description

This beach house,unit #7, is part of BeachWalk Condo Association. There are 7 units included on the property. Each unit is separate. Unit #7 is a Cape Cod style house with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the second floor and 1/2 bath on first floor. The living room is front to back with a dining area off the kitchen. The den and living room can accommodate extra guests for sleeping. Per association rules no pets allowed.

House is 75 yards to the beach!

Parking is strictly enforced and limited to 2 on site spaces. Overnite parking is available downtown.

Outlet shopping in Freeport, home of L.L.Bean is a little further. Dining, golfing, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, and biking are nearby too.
